my stay at the resort during christmas was fantastic. it exceeded our expectations with incredible service from staff like leo, who helped with luggage, and alfonso, our friendly shuttle driver. the pools were amazing, and the italian restaurant offered a delicious experience that we returned to multiple times.

Another annoying thing was the long wait for the golf carts to get around the expansive property. it felt frustrating at times. Overall, a mix of great amenities but with noticeable service issues. Definitely could improve dining quality and response times for requests.

It was just an excellent fit for a momentary pause in Puerto Morelos with outstanding value. The beach area was lovely, with nice loungers and plenty of space to relax. Make sure to check restaurant hours ahead, as they can be a bit tricky.
